Target both your hip flexors and your abs muscles with this amazing sit-up variation! It’s excellent for toning your tummy.

This move will allow you to work your abdominals and hip flexors. Adding the stability ball to this crunch will give your body a wider range of motion and allow you to work your abs in a different and new manner.
